1. When unique custom design is used responsibility for compatibility support with new features installed with automatic updates and compatibility with responsive UI is transfered to the store's owner. Storeolis supports compatibility for predefined UI themes.
2. Email notifications to customers are sent only when custom SMTP server is used. Email notifications to store's administrator are sent both when custom SMTP server is used and when Storeolis SMTP server is used.
3. With automatic updates stores owners get all last fesatures and fixes. If changing of existing functionality is required it will be made with backward compatibility when possible. In case when backward compatibility won't be available stores owners will get email with option to leave online store on the current CMS version (in this case automatic updates and fixes won't be installed anymore), or accept changes and continue to receive automatic updates.
4. Customer should purchase domain name from third party domain registrar companies. Storeolis doesn't provide domain registration service
5. Testing period lasts 31 calendar day or until maximum number of products will be reached for pricing plan with minimal monthly fee (depending which event will happen earlier)
6. Servers offered by partner hosting companies are located in Russian Federation. Engine contains consent on personal data processing on order forms, link to page with privacy policy, cookies usage warning, placeholders for pages with personal data processing rules and privacy policy. Owner of the store should add necessary content on these pages
7. Hosting and backup services are provided by partner hosting companies
